Empty .xlsx File Created when Downloading Results from a Result Set Portlet

Troubleshooting


Problem

1) Configure a Result Set Portlet in a Start Center
2) Click on the icon to download the results.

3) Observe that the downloaded .xlsx file is empty, even though the query in the portlet has returned results
