Abstract
This new feature is delivered in IBM Rational Portfolio Manager version 7.1.1.2, interim fix 005. In the Employee Information portlet, the Employee Code and Department Code fields accept 20 single-byte (English) characters each, expanded from the earlier 10 single-byte characters.

For single-byte character systems, such as English, the Employee Code and Department Code fields accept a maximum of 20 characters each. For double-byte character systems, such as Chinese, the accepted characters are the double-byte equivalent of 20 single-byte characters.
