Solution
When trying to email a Dashboard in PDF format the scorecard appears twice.

This is by design.? Tealeaf has limited control over the sizing on PDFs we cannot ensure that the entire scorecard report fits within the dimensions of the component on the regular dashboard area.? In order to ensure the entire report gets through without compromising the dashboard layout we append scorecards in full to the end of the PDF.

In some cases the full report fits in the dashboard so you get two of the same.? If there is a KPI scorecard with 30 KPIs it would not fit.? You need the additional report to ensure complete information.
