DSRA0010E and AWSJDB801E errors in SystemOut.log

Troubleshooting


Problem

AWSJDB801E An internal error has been found while accessing the database. Connection authorization failure occurred. Reason: User ID or Password invalid.

Symptom

After modifying the WebSphere Application Server (WAS) security properties (see Technote # 1358699 in the "Related information" section below) and performing a stopWas.sh or conman stopappserver, and restarting TWS, you are still seeing this error:

ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000DSRA0010E: SQL State = 28000, Error Code = -4,214".

[jcc][t4][2013][11249][3.57.110] Connection authorization failure occurred.

Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214,

SQLSTATE=28000DSRA0010E: SQL State = 28000, Error Code = -4,214

"optman ls" or "planman showinfo" commands may still work, however.
