Troubleshooting
Problem
The IBM Spectrum Protect server 7.1.6 installation completes sucessfully, but when you try to run the 'DSMSERV FORMAT' utility to initialize a server instance it fails with following error messages.
Symptom
"The Procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"
