Affected configurations
The system is configured with at least one of the following:
- IBM Dynamic System Analysis (DSA) 2.12, any edition
- IBM Dynamic System Analysis (DSA) 2.20, any edition
This tip is not hardware specific.
This tip is not option specific.
- The system is configured with DSA.
- The system's DSA diagnostic didn't complete.
- The system's DSA diagnostic fails.

Workaround
These errors are not fatal. Users may have to cancel out of the above message box up to eight (8) or more times to escape the message before DSA will complete its collection/analysis of the System x server. It is recommended to reattempt the analysis by executing DSA again to run successfully without intervention.
Additional information
There is no fix for this issue at this time. The fault occurs rarely.
