Load Builder allows you to drag-and-drop entriesto manipulate orders and shipments.

To drag an item click the icon in the left column and hold itas you move the item to its new location.

For example you can click the order icon for your order in theOrders table and then drag-and-drop it on the shipment icon in theShipments table. Sterling TMS willadd the order to the shipment.

To drop an item drop it on the left column of the shipment orstop row of the Shipments table.

The following rules apply to the drag-and-drop feature:

• You can drag unassigned orders in the Orders table to shipmentsor stops in the Shipments table.
• You can drag orders from shipments back to the Orders table. Theorders are removed from the shipment and become unassigned ordersdisplaying in the Orders table.
• You can drag stops from shipments back to the Orders table. Theorders from the stop become unassigned orders and are displayed inthe Orders table. The stop is removed from the shipment.
• You can drag shipments back to the Orders table. This action causes Sterling TMS to rejectthe entire shipment. All orders from the shipment become unassignedorders and the orders are displayed in the Orders table.
• You can use the drag-and-drop feature to reorder stops in theroute.
• You cannot drag orders from one shipment in the Shipments tableto another shipment in the Shipments table. To move an order fromone shipment and assign it to another shipment drag-and-drop theorder back to the Orders table (which removes the order from the shipmentand makes it unassigned). Then drag-and-drop the order to the desiredshipment in the Shipments table.
• You cannot drag-and-drop orders to create or undo pooled or cross-dockedorders or shipments.
