Troubleshooting
Problem
Cognos Administrator has configured the datasource and tested it for both DQM and CQM.
But when some users attempt to run any DQM report they get the following error:

Symptom
Error message:
XQE-JDB-0005 Connection string for data source <datasource name> is not in JDBC format
