Problem
When Tivoli Common Reporting is accessed from Firefox, sometimes it fails to open, throwing an error 'DPR-ERR-2107 The User Capabilities Cache cookie cannot be decoded'. This error is due to issues with the cached cookie in the browser.
Resolving The Problem
This is resolved by clearing the cache and deleting the cookies in Firefox by following these steps:
1. Start Firefox
2. Navigate to Tools menu and select Options.
3. In the Options window, select Privacy tab.
4. Under History, click the link, clear your recent history.
5. In the Clear All History window , select Everything from the Time range to clear drop-down menu.
6. Under Details, select all checkboxes.
7. Click Clear Now.
8. Click OK in the Options window.
