Troubleshooting
Problem
User runs a standard report (for example a Reconcile - Intercompany Balances report). This displays OK (by default using HTML). User then clicks the button to change the report output to PDF. An error appears. *Importantly*, if the user changes the report to XLS, then the report does successfully appear (no error). This behaviour is different from many other similar problems/Technotes.
