DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occured when running report containing blank objects

Problem

Running a report gives the error DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occured with a Secure Error ID referenced to look up in the log file. The full message is as below. The log in question is the cogserver.log file in the \c8\logs directory
