DPR-ERR-2056 The Report Server is not responding

Troubleshooting


Problem

When adding query items in Query Studio, or Running a report an intermittent error 'DPR-ERR-2056 The Report Server is not responding' is coming up.

Symptom

Reports results with errors:

PDS-PPE-0116 errors when running reports.
DPR-DPR-1035 Dispatcher detected an error.


DPR-ERR-2056 The Report Server is not responding.
DPR-ERR-2074 The Report Server with pid '' is not responding. errors in cogserver.log

Accessing package via Query Studio results in following error:
UT-DEF-0115 Cannot create lock file
