Problem
Reports may not execute and attempting to test a data source via the IBM Cognos Administration page will result in a DPR-ERR-2002 error.
Symptom
DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute request because no connection available in time limit.
DPR-ERR-2084 Received request from dispatcher with GUID=2. I cannot resolve that dispatcher's GUID. This likely means we are running against different content stores, and I am registered in both. There may be an old/incorrect registration for me in the other content store
The GUI is a unique id given to a dispatcher, it is not a value that an Administrator would typically know.
- Checking the status url of the expected Primary Content Manager shows it as StandBy and not Running
The status URL ishttp://machine.domain.com:9300/p2pd/servlet
Where machine.domain.com:9300 is the Content Manager machine and the port which the Content Manager runs on.
