Downloading Sterling B2B Integrator V5.2.6.3



This document describes how to download and assemble Sterling B2B Integrator using the Passport Advantage website.

Download Description

Sterling B2B Integrator is a transaction engine that runs the processes you define and manages them according to your business requirements. Its platform supports high-volume electronic message exchange, complex routing, translation, and flexible interaction with multiple internal systems and external business partners. Together, these features allow you to configure the components that enable you to meet your evolving application integration requirements.

To install Sterling B2B Integrator, follow these steps:

  • If you are a new client, become acquainted with the implementation process before beginning your installation. See the Implementation Overview for information on creating an architectural design plan, obtaining product training, and more.
  • Read the Sterling B2B Integrator V5.2.6.3 Release Notes, especially the section on Installing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, to make sure your operating system is still supported and you have adequate space for the installation.
  • Install the software. Follow the steps below to install Sterling B2B Integrator from Passport Advantage. For more information, see the installation instructions in the Knowledge Center.
  • Check Fix Central immediately after your installation to be sure you are also downloading the most current supported fixes.

Installation Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Find Downloads and Media page on the IBM Passport Advantage Online website. You must log in to continue.

  2. Select the Find by part number search option under Download finder options.
  3. Search for each downloadable image by part number. Part numbers are listed on the table below.
  4. Download all of the parts you need.
  5. Unpack each of the parts into a single, temporary directory on your system.

You must download at least the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator for your platform. The DB2 download is optional based on your business needs.
