Troubleshooting
Problem
An empty file is generated when you export a Result Set Portlet from the Start Center.
Symptom
The problem happens only when you have a Data Restriction in the Security Groups application, against the same object from the Result Set Portlet.
The data restriction is added by enabling the option to Authorize Group for All Customers, in the Security Groups application.
The Maximo log shows the following error:
BMXAA7024E - The query contains an invalid condition. Modify the query and try again.
