Problem
Attempts to use IBM Rational Build Forge with Apache Tomcat results in the error "Attribute value request.getParameter("reportName") is quoted with " which must be escaped when used within the value".
Symptom
Tomcat uses JSP 2.0, which has strict requirements on using double quotes for attributes within files, and when they are used, this error occurs:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /jsp/reports/performance.jsp(7,0)
/jsp/reports/report.jsp(16,33) Attribute value request.getParameter("reportName") is quoted with " which must be escaped when used within the value
