Problem
Attempts to open csv file exported from IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) by Microsoft Excel results in all the double byte characters being garbled.
Symptom
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Rational Quality Manager (RQM)
- Export RQM views such as Test Cases into csv format
- Open the file with Microsoft Excel
Actual result: All the double byte characters appear garbled.
