Troubleshooting
Problem
DOORS Web Access is not working in SSL mode.
Symptom
The catalina log found at <DWA_HOME>\server\logs shows the following error:
18-May-2020 13:11:45.103 SEVERE [main] org.apache.tomcat.util.net.SSLUtilBase.getStore Failed to load keystore type [PKCS12] with path [<FILENAME>] due to [Illegal character in opaque part at index 2: <FILENAME>]
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal character in opaque part at index 2: <FILENAME>
