Problem
Domain does not start due to a missing library, and there is an error associated to it at the main discovery log.
NOTE: this article exposes a specific library error tied to a specific agent. But, this situation could also happen for other outdated library and agent pair.
Symptom
ncp_disco.domainname.log contains the following error:
2023-09-25T16:59:39: Warning: W-RIV-002-116: [3308537664t] CRivDisco.cc(4216) A required dynamic library file is missing. /opt/IBM/netcool/core/precision/platform/linux2x86/lib64/libAgentNECdevices.so
