Domain Availability admin state might change by using incorrect value

Troubleshooting

Problem

The Domain Availability object admin state defaults to "disabled". If you try to set the admin state to an incorrect value (such as "1" or "off"), the admin state changes to "enabled." This applies to any method where the value can be specified as an arbitrary value, for example, the CLI or SOMA.

Symptom

The Domain Availability admin state changes unexpectedly after an incorrect value is specified.
