Document processed by Automation Document Processing returns status of Error

Troubleshooting


Problem

Automation Document Processing documents fail to process, returning a status of Error.  This failure occurs with low-quality documents or documents processed concurrently with low-quality documents.  The failure occurs only on deployments with OCR engine 2 enabled.

Symptom

A check of the system shows that the wdu-runtime pod restarted.
