Problem
All attribute groups, including those whose historical data cannot be collected, are listed in the Oracle Database Agent user's guide table 4: Capacity planning for historical data.
Symptom
Check the Oracle Database Agent user's guide Table 4: Capacity planning for historical data. The attribute groups whose historical data cannot be collected are also listed, for example, the Oracle_Segments attribute group and the Oracle_Table_Summary attribute group.
