Planning Analytics Workspace is not supported for use with Docker Toolbox.

Planning Analytics Workspace is only supported with Docker on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x and Windows Server 2016. Planning Analytics Workspace is not supported with Docker Toolbox on Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008, or Windows 10.
The Planning Analytics Workspace infocenter previously mentioned Docker Toolbox, but noted that Docker Toolbox was not recommended for production environments. This documentation incorrectly suggested that Docker Toolbox is supported and was removed.
