Problem

Errors when attempting to connect to Sybase: DMS-E-CONNECTREJECT, A connection has been rejected by the remote interface during operation 'attach database' or DB-library network communication layer not loaded or [Client Library] CT_Connect (): network packet layer internal net library: error during protocol driver initialization or DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'prepare request'. DMS-E-CONNECTREJECT, A connection has been rejected by the remote interface during operation 'prepare request'. Possible network error: Write to SQL Server Failed. DMS-E-CONNECTREJECT, A connection has been rejected by the remote interface during operation 'prepare request'. DBPROCESS is dead or not enabled. Also applies to the following : Sybase SQL Server 4.2, 4.6, 4.9 and System 10 and possibly MDI Gateway
