Problem

Attempts to display a work item results in the error "CRJAZ0215E the following record cannot be found" in the IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) Web client.

Symptom

The full error message is as follows:

Error occurred during loading or storing Work Item 46427 |
Detail: error when opeing work item. CRJAZ0215E the following record cannot be found:
com.ibm.team.repository.common.model.impl.ContributorHandleImpl@2f352f35 (stateId: <unset>, itemId: [UUID _Id0S8H5AEeOymq9ALYKWeg], origin: <unset>, immutable: <unset>)

Also the same error message can be seen in the ccm.log in the RTC server.

Cause

There might be an invalid data existing in the subscriber attribute of the problematic work item.

Diagnosing The Problem

RTC Eclipse client can display the work item but number of count in subscriber is different between Web client and Eclipse client.

Resolving The Problem

Remove all data including the invalid data in the subscriber attribute of the problematic work item by using RESTClient.
