Displaying AM/PM in Date/Time Format in Maximo

Troubleshooting

Problem

You are unable to select a date/time from a calendar lookup in any Maximo application, such as Work Order Tracking - Target Start Date. When attempting to save the record, you receive the error: "The date/time format is not valid. Make sure the date/time is specified in a valid format supported by the current locale setting." (BMXAA4144)

Symptom

Go to the Work Order Tracking application and open a work order.
Select a new date/time in the target start field using the calendar lookup.
Attempt to save the record.
Receive the BMXAA4144 error.
