Direct Print does not print using Firefox

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to Direct Print using Maximo with the Firefox browser may result in no output being sent to the printer

Symptom

"Printing in Progress, please wait" will appear and will eventually go away but no output is sent to printer. A copy of the report will be dropped in the users browser download folder and called "Silentprintservlet"
