Troubleshooting
Problem
I have just run the Reliability procedure with model Alpha. Two measures of alpha are reported in the 'Reliability Statistics' table: "Cronbach's Alpha" and "Cronbach's Alpha Based on Standardized Items". Which of these alpha measures is most appropriate? Which of these measure is being reported in the "Cronbach's Alpha If Item Deleted" column of the "Item-Total Statistics" table?
