Troubleshooting
Problem
When the user tries to move an icon from the Palette to the chart in i2 Analyst's Notebook, an "Insert Object" dialog box pops up.
Cause
The "Insert Object" dialog box is opened when the "OLE Object" representation is selected in the Palette.
Resolving The Problem
If you are not intending to insert an OLE object as your chart item representation, change the selection in the Insert from Palette pane from "OLE Object" to an appropriate selection, such as Icon or Event Frame.
