This is a maintenance release. This release includes new features and enhancements and addresses fixes for internally found defects. |
Problems Solved
The following issues have been fixed in DevOps Plan 3.0.3:
- When opening the URL for analytics server, it will return a 500 error message. This message can be viewed in the logs and does not affect functionality of the analytics server.
- When using the calendar to select a date range, and the range carries into a new year, the calendar on the right may have the left arrow button disabled. To work around the issue, select the month and year by using the dropdown.
- When in the defect schema and using the Web Designer, the APApprovalsFamily and RNNotesFamily record types are not being displayed under the Record Types – Families section. To workaround the issue, use the Classic Designer on Windows.
- Sprint names containing a comma (,) can affect the filters on certain boards. To workaround the issue, remove any commas from the names of Sprints and Releases.
- When a record contains missing fields, the Info icon in the side panel may be overlapped by other icons. This is a UI known issue and does not impact functionality.
- When creating a task, Recently Viewed Items are not rendering consistently. There is no workaround. This is a UI known issue and does not impact functionality.
- A user is unable to select the same start date and end date on a record type. To workaround the issue, select a start date and end date that are different.
- When using the FullSAFe Dashboard, the description for the Program Increment Dashboard is missing. There is no workaround.
- When cloning a record or records, a confirmation screen displays the links to newly created records. The links are malformed and clicking them results in a 404 error. The records are cloned. To workaround the issue, query the newly cloned records to see them.
- Pasting text into a Description field with a defined webhook may result in a webhook validation error. Clicking the OK button and saving the record allows the user to save the record.
Known Side Effects
The following known issues apply to the DevOps Plan 3.0.3 release:
- The README.md file that ships with the product incorrectly states a file name when installing DevOps Plan with DevOps Control. Step 3 of the README.md file references control-openshift.yaml. The correct filename is control-Openshift.yaml. For more information on installing DevOps Plan with DevOps control, see Installing DevOps Plan with DevOps Control.
- When importing sample data shortly after creating an application, the imported project may not appear in the choice list. If you create a database, then try and submit a work item and choose a project, then import sample data and then try to modify or submit a work item, the choice list may not include the imported project. To workaround the issue, log out and log back in. Upon login, the choice list correct.
- DevOps Plan 3.0.3 is not fully translated into French. Various elements of the product may not appear in French, even if your language is switched to French.
