The deployment information cannot be loaded successfully

Troubleshooting


Problem

When switching to the "Deployment" tab in the EAR Deployment Descriptor editor, a message indicating that "The deployment information cannot be loaded successfully" is displayed and as a result, deployment information in this tab cannot be edited or viewed.
