Troubleshooting
Problem
When deploying a solution in ICM, a generic error is received:
"The solution deployment failed. View the deployment log to identify the problem. FNRAM9041"
"The solution deployment failed. View the deployment log to identify the problem. FNRAM9041"
As a result, the user is forced to redeploy the solution multiple times.
Symptom
In the deployment log for the solution, the following errors were identified as root cause:
06.04.19 03:32:35 CEST FNRPA0032E The solution cannot be deployed because the Process Engine configuration document could not be imported. See the following error: Failed API_TransferConfig
06.04.19 03:33:45 CEST FNRPA0036E The solution cannot be deployed because the following Process Engine error occurred during the deployment of the XPDL document: [FNRPE2131090018E]A database update operation was attempted but another update was in progress and the database is temporarily locked. Operations that will lock the database include transfers, isolated region initialization, and database removal. The software automatically retries your operation but if the problem persists, try again.
06.04.19 03:33:45 CEST FNRPA0093E The previous error was caused by: [FNRPE2131090018E]A database update operation was attempted but another update was in progress and the database is temporarily locked. Operations that will lock the database include transfers, isolated region initialization, and database removal. The software automatically retries your operation but if the problem persists, try again.
