Problem
The logs show the following error when trying to start brokers. exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /initiate/product90/broker9.0.0.231/bin/msgbroker because of the following errors: 0509-150 Dependent module libxerces-c.a could not be loaded. 0509-022 Cannot load module libxerces-c.a. 0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
