Delivering change set results in CRJAZ0099I error

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to deliver a change set results in a timeout error with IBM Rational Team Concert.

Symptom

The following exception is logged from within the client interface:

!MESSAGE Could not initialize component sync context
!STACK 0 com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport.TeamServiceException: CRJAZ0099I When accessing the URL "<URL>"

NOTE: There are no errors or exceptions logged on the server
