Deleting a User Account

Before you begin

Only a userwith a Company Administrator role can perform this procedure.

About this task

Use this procedure to delete a user account.

Procedure

To delete a user account follow these steps:

  1. From the Sterling Customer Center mainpage click Edit Profile near the top rightof the screen. The View User Details page is displayed.
  2. From the Administration menu click ManageUsers.
  3. Enter the email address of the user account and click Submit.
  4. Select the user to display the details of the account.
  5. Click Edit to display the accountinformation.
  6. To delete this account from Sterling Customer Center click Delete andclick OK to confirm. A confirmation messageis displayed.
