Deleting a User Account

Procedure

  1. From the Options menuselect User Name Admin.
  2. On the Sterling Document Tracking UserName Administration page select delete nextto the user account you want to delete.
  3. To proceed with deleting the account in Sterling Document Tracking click Confirm.

Results

After deleting the user account in Sterling Document Tracking youmust also delete the account in Sterling Customer Center.
