Before you begin
Only a user with a CompanyAdministrator role can perform this procedure.
About this task
Procedure
To delete application access for a user follow thesesteps:
- From the Sterling Customer Center mainpage click Edit Profile near the top rightof the screen. The View User Details page is displayed.
- From the Administration menu click ManageUsers.
- Enter the email address of the user account and click Submit.
- Select the user to display the details of the account.
- Select the Application Access tabto display a list of applications available for this account.
- In the table next to the name of the application click View todisplay application properties for this account.
- To delete this application for the account from Sterling Customer Center click Delete andclick OK to confirm. A confirmation messageis displayed.
