Deleting Application Access for a User

Before you begin

Only a user with a CompanyAdministrator role can perform this procedure.

About this task

Use this procedure to delete application access for a useraccount.

Procedure

To delete application access for a user follow thesesteps:

  1. From the Sterling Customer Center mainpage click Edit Profile near the top rightof the screen. The View User Details page is displayed.
  2. From the Administration menu click ManageUsers.
  3. Enter the email address of the user account and click Submit.
  4. Select the user to display the details of the account.
  5. Select the Application Access tabto display a list of applications available for this account.
  6. In the table next to the name of the application click View todisplay application properties for this account.
  7. To delete this application for the account from Sterling Customer Center click Delete andclick OK to confirm. A confirmation messageis displayed.
