Troubleshooting
Problem
The customer trying to run the recordmanagersweep.bat file but getting the 'java not recognized' error. A search of google suggested JAVA_HOME was not defined in the system variables. I defined JAVA_HOME, rebooted the server, and tried again. Still getting the error. Please see the attached screenshots for more detail. Looking for guidance as to what to do next.
Symptom
