Default Table Data values in Purchase Requisition application

Summary

When creating a Purchasing Requisition in Maximo 7.6.0.9, the user is entering in a Work Order number in the default table data so it gets copied into the PR lines. When the user creates the next PR record, the default Work Order field is still populated with the value from the previously-created PR record.
