Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer is encountering problems/errors inside Controller. To diagnose this, customer opens Event Viewer (application log). Inside there, there are lots or errors similar to the one shown below.
Symptom
DCOM got error "1385" and was unable to logon DOMAIN\username in order to run the server:
