DCO is missing in Datacap Studio with IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture

Troubleshooting


Problem

After you log in to Datacap Studio, the application fails to correctly display the Document Hierarchy (DCO) in the Rulemanager tab.

Symptom

The Document Hierarchy (DCO) tab in Datacap Studio is blank, and the Zones tab contains the error: Could not establish a connection to the fingerprint database.
