db2updv115 causes error message "MESSAGE: Soft Error sqlcode -204 dropping module object SYSIBMADM.DBMS_LOCK_RELEASE is ignored

Troubleshooting


Problem

During update process to fixpack 11.5.9.0, db2updv115 is executed to update the system catalog tables and returns the messages:
$ db2updv115 -d TESTDB

   This tool is a service utility designed to update a DB2 Version 11.5
   database to the current fix pack level.
