Troubleshooting
Problem
db2start fails with SQL1042 and SQL1032 because "Cannot load the specified library" is returned.
Symptom
C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN>db2start
DB2-0 : The service has returned a service-specific error code.
03/01/2020 20:00:22 0 0 SQL1042C An unexpected system error occurred.
SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019
db2diag.log returns:
