db2instance -list and lssam could not work on one of the pureScale node

Troubleshooting


Problem

Sometimes db2instance -list,lssam or other commands may not work on one of the pureScale node. It could run successfully on remain nodes when problem happens, and there are no other syptoms and effects on whole system

Symptom

The error is like following :
1>db2instance -list give the message:
The member, CF, or host information could not be obtained. Verify
the cluster manager resources are valid by entering db2cluster
-cm -verify -resources. Check the db2diag.log for more information.

2> lssam got the following error at the end of the output:

(lsrsrc-api) 2610-413 While attempting to enumerate resources for this
command an enumerate error was detected.
(lsrsrc-api) 2645-000 Operation failed due to error 12 returned from
sr_select.
lssam: 2622-009 An unexpected RMC error occurred.The RMC return code
was 1.
