Problem
db2icrt using non-interactive login users fails with DBI1088E
Symptom
Users who do not have interactive login: In /etc/passwd at the end there is /bin/false
:!:204:238:Resp, XXXXX XXXXXX , 02/06/2020, XXXX:/home/test:/bin/false
However, users who do not have interactive login tries to create the instance, db2icrt fails with DBI1088E even though the permissions are correct.
db2icrt -u usrfenc1 test
DBI1088E Invalid access permission detected for directory /home/test.
Users with Interactive login: In /etc/passwd at the end there is /bin/ksh
!: 204: 238: Resp, XXXXX XXXXXX, 06/02/2020, XXXX: /home/test: usr /bin/ksh
db2icrt -u usrfenc1 test
