"DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-1092, SQLSTATE= , SQLERRMC=COGUSR, DRIVER=3.64.144" error when using "Create DB"

Troubleshooting


Problem

Administrator is trying to create a new database, and so launches Controller Configuration. Administrator opens the relevant database connection, and clicks the 'Run' (play) button. Administrator clicks "Create DB". An error appears.

Symptom



Creating new empty Database
Running DB Step: initial
Running script batch: script/db2_createDB.batch
Running script: script/db2/sequence_xdbtrickle_seq.sql
Running script: script/db2/table_xdb00.sql
** ERROR: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-1092, SQLSTATE= , SQLERRMC=<username>, DRIVER=3.64.144
