Troubleshooting

Problem

User launches Controller client. User:

Clicks 'Maintain - User - Single Mode'
Clicks 'Maintain - System Audit Log - Configuration'
User ticks the box 'Enable tracking of structure change details for System Audit Log' and clicks 'Close'
User confirms by clicking OK

An error appears.

Symptom

After ticking this box...

... and then clicking 'Close' and 'OK', the following error appears:
