Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller client. User:
  • Clicks 'Maintain - User - Single Mode'
  • Clicks 'Maintain - System Audit Log - Configuration'
  • User ticks the box 'Enable tracking of structure change details for System Audit Log' and clicks 'Close'
  • User confirms by clicking OK

An error appears.

Symptom

After ticking this box...
