The database or table spaces are in RESTORE PENDING state and cannot be accessed with errors such as SQL0276N or SQL0290N. How can they be made accessible?
SQL0276N The connection failed because the database is in "restore pending" state or in "upgrade pending" state. Database name: database-name.
