DB2 data server client gets occasionally CLI0115E Invalid cursor state

Troubleshooting

Problem

While connecting to Database server through db2 data server client ,sporadically gets CLI0115E Invalid cursor state

Symptom

With AutoCommit On and CursorHold Disabled, default behavuiour of CLI is, it blasts all the previously opened cursors on commit (i.e after successful execution of statement, due to autocommit). As an example after successful execution of DB2command2.ExecuteReader(),  CLI will close the cursor opened  by DB2command1.ExecuteReader().
