Problem
DataStage WSDL Import of operation from a WSDL file fails with error:
"The XML Schema that defines the message structure has syntax or semantic errors".
The XML Meta Data Importer gives the following additional detail:
["http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:schema] element is not declared."
